Butter Pie Crust

2 ½ Cups Flour
12 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
¼ Teaspoon Salt
2 Large Egg Yolks
¼ Teaspoon Vanilla
6 Tablespoons Ice Water

Yield:  2 crust pie
